When is this document used?
This needs to be completed, with the customer and their service providers, BEFORE any SUT planning or
installation work has started and BEFORE any commitments are made to the customer about such things as:
costs, schedule, infrastructure changes, etc. The document should be continually updated throughout the
installation, deployment, and production usage of SUT.
Who should use this document?
The document should be used by the team planning, installing and validating the SUT installation. After SUT
installation, the document should be kept current by the customer throughout the SUT production life-cycle.
The document will also be needed by the IBM customer and Business Partner support teams whenever there
are any support requests.
To best understand what information is being requested and the responses needed, the person(s) using or
updating the document should have completed the SUT Basic Skills Technical workshop and passed both
the Entry and Basic TSM tests (see SUT Workshops - The Process entry in this Wiki.
